No Bad Bananas

I like to take food with me when I travel for six hours. I ate the apples, I THOUGHT I ate all the bananas, but when we got to my Uncle Paul's house, I found a spotted straggler banana that didn't look like much compared to Paul's pretty yellow banana collection.
But to my surprise, Paul greeted my lowly banana with the greatest compliment a food item could enjoy. "That's a perfect pie banana!"
Scanning the fruit, I asked, "Really?"
"Really," Paul insisted. "That one is sweet."
So Paul made banana cream pie.
Do I really have to spell the moral out for you?
No.
You've got it.
EAT THE PIE!
What's your favorite pie flavor? (My Dad's favorite flavor was the round one.)

Bananas Anniversary!

It's our anniversary of 42 years! I've been a Bahlmann for more than twice as long as I was an Anderson!
(That's amazing, 'cause I'm not even that old.)
Bob and I had to work at it and forgive a lot to get this far, but it's been an interesting adventure.

Going Chinese!

I got free soup at a Chinese restaurant because the waiter brought the wrong kind. He just gave it to me, "flee of chalge."
I also had bananas fried dough (what were they called?) Yummy bananas!

I also had seaweed salad, and it wasn't slimy! It was even kind of crunchy. Yes, it did taste like seaweed, but not too much. I only looked over my shoulder for the ocean once.

Spring rolls. They tasted good, but they had chewy cabbagey chopped up inside that was kind of hard to chew. I actually dipped the spring rolls in the seaweed salad sauce as much as the yellow sauce that they came with.

The bananas were the best, IMHO. (Do you know what that means? "In My Humble Opinion." Or it could mean "I Make Hot Oatmeal."
What would you say it means?
(And which of these foods would you like the best?)
