Last year, my son shared his dress-up joy with his cat when he put her in a tie. In spite of her name, Moroni is a female cat. Perhaps that's why she doesn't look as if she enjoys her outfit. I know I wouldn't. It's best left to those macho men/cats who can stand having something tied closely around their necks.
She makes a good subject for an April Fool's photo, though, doesn't she?
