A Tecklace? Or a Nie?

It's made of beads and worn around the neck, so it's a necklace, right?

But the shape isn't quite right. It's shaped more like a tie.

The young man who sported this most interesting neckwear said it was made in Africa. No knotting necessary!

There's got to be something beneficial for the necktie-necklace wearers in that.

Cat in a Tie

          Last year, my son shared his dress-up joy with his cat when he put her in a tie. In spite of her name, Moroni is a female cat. Perhaps that's why she doesn't look as if she enjoys her outfit. I know I wouldn't. It's best left to those macho men/cats who can stand having something tied closely around their necks.
          She makes a good subject for an April Fool's photo, though, doesn't she?

A dress made out of WHAT?

My dad saved everything, including every necktie he ever owned!

Now that he's gone, what should we do with them all?

They could be re-gifted...recycled...donated...or made into a dress.

My son Bron said it looks like a Tinker Bell dress. Well, Tinkerbell didn't get her dress from her dad's neckties.
